You have worked hard for your clients. They are yours. We understand that. We charge
a flat fee of 8% - 10% on all State projects that we broker. We explain to your
clients that we are the “Administrative Broker” only. You maintain your
autonomy with your client. You have our word on it.
If you are one of our Staff Augmentation business partners, we will never “steal”
your talented personnel. You have our word on it.

your staff augmentation services?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then give us a call. We make
Staff augmentation simple. If you wish to remain a subcontractor – fine! We
charge a flat rate of 12% for subcontractors. That means if you are currently being
billed out at $80.00 per hour, you would receive $70.40 per hour.
If you would like to become an employee of ours, then we charge a standard rate
of 30%. In this case, you would receive $56.00 per hour. You also receive full benefits
including health insurance.
